Shipping policy
Shipments to customers are always FREE of charge. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Currently we are only able to ship to the 50 states of the US and its territories.
Shipments are typically processed within 24 hours and should arrive to you within 3-7 days, depending on your location and seasonal conditions for package deliveries.
Returns and exchanges
For returns within the 60-day trial period, you must contact Ceretone Customer Support to receive a RMA number first. Then you would ship the product back to our warehouse packaged with the RMA number provided. Click here more detailed information.
For returns for repair under warranty, please contact Ceretone Customer Support to receive a Warranty Repair Tracking Number (WRTN) before shipping your device(s) back to our Repair Center.
For exchanges within the 60-day trial period, please follow the procedure above for repairs under warranty.
General
Ceretone hearing aids are Class 1 and Class 2 Hearing Aid devices under FDA Regulations per 21 C.F.R. Sec 874.3300. They are designed for adults with mild-to-moderate hearing loss are not intended for use by anyone under age 18.
