If your hearing aid supports Bluetooth connections, you can pair them with most common devices that support Bluetooth audio connections such as iPhones and Android smartphones.

To connect your hearing aid to a device, you must pair it with that device. Here are the basic steps to pair your hearing aids with an iPhone or iPad (wording may differ slightly depending on the OS version).

On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings and select Bluetooth.

Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON and remove your hearing aids from the charging case. They should be flashing blue.

How to Charge My Devices

Ceretone hearing aids are rechargeable and do not use old style disposable zinc oxide batteries. The hearing aids are charged within their storage case, which is portable and also rechargeable.

Your hearing aids should simply be placed into their respective storage compartment within the charging case. Please be sure that the case itself is adequately charged in order for it to properly charge the hearing aids.

The charging case should be connected with the included USB cable via the small Mini-USB port on the side of the case. The square end of the USB cable can be plugged into any standard USB-A charging port such as wall charger, computer, or USB hub.

Is a hearing test necessary to order devices?

A hearing test is not medically necessary for you to order a hearing aid from Ceretone. All of our products are backed by a full 2 Year Warranty.

Ceretone hearing aids are Direct-to-Consumer non-medical hearing amplification products. They utilize much of the same technology and components as those found in other leading brands sold by dispensers (hearing aid stores). In fact, Ceretone's R&D center has previously developed devices for some of those brands, which were then sold for much, much higher prices.
