WHAT ARE THE NOVO M3 HEARING AIDS AND WHY ARE THEY SOLD INDIVIDUALLY?

The Novo M3 hearing aids are traditional "Behind-The-Ear" (BTE) open conduction (ear tube) devices and utilize the latest in digital signal processing technology to bring you clear sound free of background noise in a small and fuss-free design. Some of our customers have been requesting the option of having single side devices so we have made that possible with the M3. The phenomenon known as "Binaural Summation" refers to fact that sound is perceived to be 3dB-6dB louder if heard in two ears instead of one. So if possible, we suggest that you consider using two devices in order to benefit from better hearing.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE NOVO M3 HEARING AIDS WILL WORK FOR ME?

The Novo M3 will work for most people suffering Mild-to-Moderate hearing loss, which covers almost 80% of the population that suffers normal age-related hearing loss. We always recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that any difficulty you have in hearing is related to natural age-related hearing degradation. If you are suffering from other, more serious symptoms such as hearing loss in one ear only, severe ear pain, sudden onset hearing loss (especially after injury), or complete hearing loss, please seek medical care immediately. With the latest digital processing technology and high-quality American designed Knowles audio receivers, the M3 will provide premium level sound output that utilizes advanced noise and distortion control performance rivaling that of other, far more expensive, brands.

WILL THE M3 FIT IN MY EAR?

The Novo M3 comes with 3 soft silicon ear tips for proper sizing which enable it to fit into virtually any ear. As with any type of equipment being placed into the ear, please make sure that your ear canal is clean and free of wax. The M3 is less than 2g in weight so they can easily be worn all day. In fact, they are so comfortable that after a few minutes you will likely forget you are even wearing them

I've had them for about three weeks now. My hearing loss is moderate to extreme in my left ear. Moderate in my right. After getting the app and connecting the hearing aids to it. I played with some of the settings. Which are great, but as a person that is not an audiologist getting the perfect match was just not going to happen. So, I used the hearing test to set a baseline. After the hearing test and setting the aids from that hearing test. I have done nothing other than manually turn the volume up or down depending on the environment I'm in. I did the hearing test a week later and had the same results, which gave me confidence that I had the aids set correctly. I am not sure I could do better with $4000 to $8000 aids. These are incredible aids and I would recommend them to anyone. The app is user-friendly, and the quality of what I hear is way above my expectations. They have also done one thing that people around me love. I talk much quieter now, even though I had people telling me I was talking to load all the time. I was unable to sustain a softer voice. Now because my boom voice bothers me so much, I talk much softer, which is a great side effect. I get up, take a shower, and put the aids in. They generally don't come out unless I need to for safety. I do use the manual on/off buttons on the aids. I have a convertible and it's nice to be able to leave them in and just shut them off for obvious reasons. Thank you so much for making an affordable choice that meets my needs.

I like the hearing aids so far however, it would be very helpful if you put some instructions in the package on how to use them. I found out that you have to download the app to your phone in order to find out what things the hearing aids will do and effectively how to use them. The other thing I don't like is the bluetooth lights that stay on while connected to your phone.

I've tried a lot of hearing aids off of Amazon but they just made everything louder, which I didnt like. These hearing aids are well worth the price because you can tune them to your hearing loss using the smart hearing app on your smartphone. It is an incredible difference in hearing. I think these would handle everything from a mild to a severe hearing loss. Very good product over all. Tip - If you are running through your battery, turn off your bluetooth or disconnect them from your bluetooth, if i have the bluetooth turned off I can get an entire day out of the battery.

Ceretone provides a great hearing aid at an extremely affordable price. Their customer support is excellent. I have to move to a much more expensive prescription pair, at $5,400, because, unfortunately my hearing in my left ear is more severe than can be ameliorate by the Ceretone hearing aid.
