RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Ceretone device. If you are unhappy with or unable to benefit from them, you can return them to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and free from damage, in its original packaging. You will also need to present your email address and original Order Number.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@ceretone.co to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise WILL NOT be accepted without an accompanying RMA number. Any product returned without an assigned RMA number written on the outside package may be assessed a restocking fee of $50.
Please note: while our current shipping policy provides free shipping to customers within the US, it does not cover the shipping costs for returns.
Note: Before initiating a request for return, please give yourself at least 25 days of use in a variety of conditions, with at least 6 hours per day, to give your sensorial hearing sufficient time to adjust its processing of all the new sounds you are hearing. This is the standard adjustment time that we have found for most people to fully acclimate to their new devices and is in line with industry best practices. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take between 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
