Are your products FDA Compliant?
Ceretone hearing aids are Class 1 and Class 2 Hearing Aid devices under FDA Regulations per 21 C.F.R. Sec 874.3300. They are designed for adults with mild-to-moderate hearing loss and are not intended for use by anyone under age 18.
Are these Over-the-Counter (OTC) Hearing Aids?
The FDA has not yet released their official regulations on the definition of OTC hearing aids, so, technically and legally, there is no such device in existence today. When OTC HA's are properly defined, our devices will be made compliant and follow the FDA regulations completely.
Is there a charge for shipping?
Shipments to customers are always FREE of charge. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
